7	Any property belonging to or in possession or occupation of the Board in any place within or outside the limits of the Port for which the rates specified in this Chapter could not be applied and felt unsuitable.		Such licence fee per calendar month or part thereof as may be fixed by the Board in Meeting in each case.

Note: (a) The rate of Rs.1300/- shall be applicable for a period of every ten days, i.e. 3slabs of 1^st to 10^th, 11^th to 20^th and
21^st to the last day of the month or part thereof of every such slab period.

(b) Buildings with RCC Roof and terrace used for office use will be classified as Class-I and buildings with
A.C.Sheet roofing and any other similar roofing like G1 sheets will be classified as Class-II.

SCALE B- LICENCE FEES FOR THE PIPE LINES PASSING

THROUGH THE BOARD’S PREMISES UNDER WAY LEAVE AGREEMENTS.

The under mentioned licence fees shall be levied for the pipelines passing through the Board’s premises under the Way Leave Agreements.

NOTE: For pipe lines used for non-commercial purpose such as domestic water supply, the rate shall be 50 percent of the
above rates.
