Sub: Functioning of Custom House on Saturdays upto 31.03.2001 – regarding.

 

     With a view to facilitate the trade in speedy clearance of Import Cargo and shipment of Export cargo, the following departments of Custom House will function on all Saturdays including Second Saturday with immediate effect and upto 31.03.2001.          

 

           1. Accounts (Deposit account);

           2. All Appraising Groups (Manual & EDI);

           3. Appraising Main Section;

           4. Bond Department;

           5. Cash Department;

           6. C.P.U.

7. Concurrent Audit;

           8. All Container Freight Stations;

           9. Docks Appraising;

           10.Export Documentation Centre;

           11.Imports Department;

           12.Indian Bank Counter;

           13.Licence Section;

           14.Container Unit in III Floor – (Preventive;

           15.C.M.C.;

           16.Service Center of EDI;

           17.EDI Section and all concerned departments for

   assessment and clearance
