under Regulation 9 of
CHA LR,1984(as amended) Nominations called
for Reg.

Nominations are invited from the
temporary CHA Licence holders for appearing the Written part of the Examination
under Regulation 9 of CHA LR, 1984 (as amended) to be held on 18.07.2001 from
10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M with maximum number of two candidates.
2.
Regular licence holders who are having only one power of attorney in their
company may also nominate one of their employees/partners/directors to appear
for the abovesaid examination.
3.
The nominee should be the actual employee of the company and MUST BE A GRADUATE FROM A RECOGNISED
UNIVERSITY.
4.The
nominations are to be submitted to the CHA Unit on or before 13.06.2001 & should accompany the following:
(a) Letter
from the Company nominating the individual.
(b) Declaration
from the company stating that the
individual has not appeared for the Rule 9 examination before and has not
availed three chances within a period of two years.
(c) Declaration from the company for that the individual is
an employee of their company and is actually engaged in the clearance of goods
through Customs.
(d) Documentary
evidence for having only one power of attorney in the case of Regular licence
holders.
(e) Attested
copy of Degree certificate.
(f) Bio-data
with passport size photo affixed on it.
(g) Conduct
Certificates
(h) One
passport size photograph
(i)
Examination fee of Rs.500/- (after scrutiny of the
application)
