NOTIFICATION NO.16/2001-CUSTOMS

 

G.S.R.   (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act,1962(52 0f 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.16/2000-Customs, dated the 1^st March,2000,namely:-

 

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial No.333, in column (3), after item (5), the following shall be inserted, namely: -

 

“(6) Polytan in powder or granule form”.

 

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide notification No.16/2000-Customs, dated the 1^st March, 2000 [G.S.R. 168(E), dated the 1^st March,2000] and was last amended by notification No.13/2001, dated the 2^nd February,2001 [G.S.R.55(E), dated the 2^nd February,2001].
