NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27^th June, 2001

S.O.596 EO.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940) (herein after referred to as the said Act,) the Central Government hereby fixes, for the purposes of levying the customs duty, the tariff value specified in column 4 of the Schedule annexed hereto as the tariff value of the articles specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Schedule (being articles included in the Schedule to the said Act) in respect of the Unit specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.

This notification shall come into force on and from the 1^st day of July, 2001 to 30^th day of June, 2002.
