Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Notification No.30/2001-Cus. vide
F.No.475/6/99- LC dated 07.07.2000, is reproduced below for the guidance of the
importers, clearing agents and trading staff.

Notification No.-30/2001-Custom
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments or amendments, as the case may be, in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the table below in the corresponding manner as specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-
