NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd August, 2001
S.O.819(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 3 of the Spices Cess Act, 1986 (11 of 1986), the Central Government hereby specifies 0% (Zero percent) ad-valorem as the rate of Cess, on export of all scheduled spices in any form including curry powder, spice oil, oleorsin and other mixtures where spice content is predominant by the Export Oriented Units and Units in the Export Processing Zones and Special Economic Zones, with immediate effect.
