NO.52/2001-CUSTOMS
G.S.R. (E)-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the
Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it
is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),
No.18/2001-Customs, dated the 1st March,2001, published in the
Gazette of Indian Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (I) vide
G.S.R.117(E), dated the 1st March,2001.
