G.S.R. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Sahar Airport, Mumbai,
to be the Commissioner of Customs (General), New Delhi, for the purpose of
adjudication of the show cause notice F.No.SIIB/CUS/41/99, dated the 17th
November, 2000 issued to M/s. Honda Siel Cars India Ltd. by the Commissioner of
Customs (General), New Delhi.
