            Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Notification No.20/2001-Cus NT vide F.No.437/3/2001-TRU dated 03.05.2001, is reproduced below for the guidance of the importers, clearing agents and trading public.

Notification No. 20/2001-Customs ( N.T.) 

          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to be- 

(i)                  the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi Airport, New Delhi,

(ii)          the Commissioner of Customs, Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, and

(iii)         the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai;

for the purpose of adjudication of the combined show cause notice issued to M/s. Oriflame (India) Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Silver Oak labs. Pvt. Ltd. vide DRI.F.No.50D/71/97-CI. dated the 27^th February 2001 issued by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, D Block, Indraprastha Bhawan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi-110 002.
