CORRIGENDUM TO NOTIFICATION
NO.34/2001 – CENTRAL EXCISE
G.S.R.561 (E). In the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department
of Revenue), No. 34/2001-Central Excise, dated the 28th June, 2001
published in the Gazette of India vide number GSR 492 (E), dated the 28th
June, 2001, on page 35, in Form ASP II, in the first paragraph, the words
"without the aid of power or steam" where ever they occur, shall be
omitted.
