| 1. |
The free
period for export cargo shall be one working day (24 hours) for examination/processing by
the shippers. |
| 2. |
The
exporters/custom clearing agents shall be permitted to bring in their own manpower for
unloading their export cargo at Truck-Dock to bring the same into the examination
area. The movement of export cargo from examination area to bonded area shall be
undertaken by AAI. A 10% discount on TSP charges, shall be allowed to such exporters
/CHA’s who will opt their own manpower for handling the cargo upto examination area.
AAI shall however, provide manpower at Truck-Dock gates for this activity for the
shippers/CHA’s not bringing their own manpower. |

concession in all charges applicable in respect of newspaper and TV reel consignments. |

Consignments
of human remains, coffin including baggage of deceased and human eyes will be exempted
from the purview of “TSP and demurrage charges”. |

No separate
Forklift charges will be levied. |

Charges
will be levied on the actual weight or the chargeable weight of the consignment, whichever
is higher. |
| 7. |
Special
cargo consists of perishable cargo provided with cold storage facility, live animals,
hazardous goods and valuable cargo. |

Penal charges for
Mis-declaration of weight |
| 1. |
No penal
charges will be levied for weight variation upto +_2% |
| 2. |
Between 2%
and 5% of weight variation, double the TSP charges i.e., Rs.1.10 per kg shall be levied. |
| 3. |
Beyond 5%
of weight variation, Five times of TSP charges, i.e., Rs.2.75 per kg shall be levied. |

MOT Charges |
All the
consignments arriving cargo terminal with customs permission between 21.30 hrs. and 07.30
hrs. and on Closed holidays shall be accepted with Rs.100/- per AWB as merchant overtime
apart from the normal TSP charges. |

Packing charges |
For
repacking the packages after examination with bands/stitching, etc., Rs.3/- per package is
levied. |
|
|
X-ray charges |
Rs.3/- per
package upto 10kg weight and Rs.5/- per package beyond 10kg weight shall be levied as
X-ray charges. |
