FACILITY FOR FILING OF IGMs / EGMs ELECTRONCIALLY

As per the Public Notice No.175/99 dated 09/12/99, in the EDI System at Air Cargo Complex Chennai, facility for filing the IGMs / EGMs electronically has been provided to the Airlines operating at Chennai Airport.However, the Airlines may file the IGMs/ EGMs through the Service Centre also.

As per the electronic filing of manifests, all Airlines’, either directly or through their service providers, will be able to file their IGMs/EGMs electronically using Global Net EDI System for which M/s Global Telecom Services Ltd will be charging Rs.20/- per EGM and Rs.25/- per IGM from the Airlines / Service Providers as traffic charges.The Airlines / Service Prodicers may contact the following address for creating an EDI Account Number
