Sub: Corrigendum to Public Notice No.436/2002 dated 30/11/2002 and 452/2002 dated 12/12/2002- Reg

The Importers, Customs House Agents, Trade in general, officers of the Department and all others concerned are hereby informed that Bs/E relating to goods availing exemption under Export Promotion Schemes, other exemptions subject to furnishing of End use Bond / Undertaking / Re-export Bond  will continue to be processed manually. Only Ex-Bond Bs/E will be processed under EDI-System from 30/12/2002 as informed in the Public Notice 452/2002 dated 12/12/2002. Inrespect of the other Bills of Entry, the date of implementation will be notified later.
