NOTICE 13/2001
In exercise of the power vested in
me under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, M.V.S. Prasad, Commissioner of Customs,
Custom House, Chennai hereby approve the place specified in the schedule below of M/s.
Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd., No.40-41, East Mada Church Street, Royapuram, Chennai –
600 013 the place for loading and unloading of goods specified subject to observance of
the relevant provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued by the
Govt. of India from time to time and also determine the limits of such case as specified
in Column No.5 of the said schedule to which provision of the said Act, shall apply.
