            Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Notification No.67/2000-Customs (NT) dated 03.11.2000 vide F.No.476/1/2000-LC is reproduced below for guidance of Importers, Clearing Agents and Trading Public.

Notification No. 67/2000-Customs(NT)

F.No.476/1/2000-LC dated 03.11.2000

 

            S.O.  (E). – In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No.63/94 – Customs (NT), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:-

 

            In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 8 relating to all countries, in column 3, after item number (6) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and the entry shall be inserted namely:-

 

            “(7) Export Extension Counter at Guwahati”.

 

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India vide notification No.63/94 – Customs (NT), dated the 21^st November, 1994 [S.O. 830(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994] and last amended by notification No.55/2000 – Customs, dated the 21^st September, 2000.
