Sub: Inclusion of Stevedoring charges for calculation of Customs Duty – Reg.

            Attention of the Importers, Exporters, Custom House Agents and Trade is invited on the above subject.  It has been decided in the recently concluded Goa Tariff Conference not to add Stevedoring Charges in addition to the 1% being added presently towards loading, unloading and handling charges, for the purpose of calculating Customs Duty.

 

            This Public Notice takes immediate effect.
