            Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, Notification No.19/2001-CUS vide F.No.437/2/2001-CUS IV dated 03.05.2001, is reproduced below for the guidance of the importers, clearing agents and trading public.

G.S.R. (E).-            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to be-

(i)

the Commissioner of Customs(Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,

(ii)

the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, New Custom House, New Delhi, and

(iii)

the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai
